These are absolutely delicious recipes. I also like the fact that they can be made, frozen and bake the amount needed when you want for fresh baked muffins. I hadn't seen this idea before but it is a winner.

It Helped me in know what to freezer and how to fix before as well as the differnt muffins i can freezer.
I love the book. It is written well and simply. My only complaint is the lack of pictures. There is a good selection of recipes that made my mouth water just reading the table of contents.
I was so thrilled to get my copy of "Freezer Muffins - From Freezer to Fresh Oven Baked Muffins" by Hillbilly Housewife! The recipes are easy to follow and I love that there are both sweet and savory recipes. The first recipe I tried was the Strawberry Muffins - oh my GOODNESS!!! They are so good! My son, who won't eat strawberries due to texture issues, loves them in these muffins! I can't wait to make the orange cranberry recipe next! I never would have thought of freezing the muffin mix in the muffin papers and then baking straight from the oven .... SO EASY!!! Two thumbs up for Hillbilly Housewife!!!
What a wonderful book. Full of easy to follow recipes made with ingredients that you normally have in your pantry. I haven't made all the recipes yet but the ones I have made are delicious!
A nice collection of freezer muffins, including savory varieties.
I was so excited to be able to get this cookbook! I am always looking for easy recipes using what I have on hand and this book fit the bill for that to a tee! From Sweet to Savory, this book has a wonderful variety of recipes! I am ready to get to work making these! Thank you!!
