This book has general and basic information about Tantra- however there are many typos and misplaced words throughout the content which can be annoying.I think a few sketches could help articulate some of the instructions. It would also b nice to see some references to more developed material. The "instructions" seem vague and generic.
The book is very well written, in a way that I really wanted to understand and ... I really wanted to know what the Tantric experience is.... but ...It is impossible to understand only through words and theory what to dofor me i must at least something visuallyas a couple we try ... but it was not enough to really understandAnd until you get to the exercises themselves there are three chapters ...And the practice is in the fourth chapter, but without any picture or visual explanation ... just words ... and it's hard because in the practice you can not tell if you are doing the right thing or the right way, so I gave up on the book and start to look for web course, or you tube or may be something Another that explains and shows visuallyPerhaps in the future I will return to the book after I already have the knowledge and I will want to remember things

I have never read a more poorly written or researched piece of garbage. I purchased the text thinking it would give us some insight and understanding of tantric sexuality. It is as if a couple of high schoolers heard about Tantric Sex and just wrote about a bunch of things they read, heard, or thought it was about. Do not purchase this book, it is complete sh*t. I only gave it a star so I could write this...
